2016 is shaping up to be a great year for River's Edge. If your church would like to host a River's Edge concert or service, please get in touch with us soon.  

Earlier this year when we were planning to start this project, we were praying about the finances needed for it. John has been hesitant to say it this way because we all need to careful about saying “God spoke to me about this or that”, but God clearly laid this on John’s heart back in February that He wanted us to not only share this music, but also TELL people about HIM -- tell people about the plan of salvation, of how we were all born in sin, we could not help that. But He made a way of escape! So there are 11 wonderful songs on this project, and cut #12 is John clearly explaining the plan of salvation. We earnestly prayed over these CD’s tonight as we prepared them for mailing. Now more than ever before, people need the Lord. People need hope. Real hope. Real peace. Peace that only comes from this sovereign God, the King of Kings! The Lord of Lords! We are just so thankful for the outpouring of support for this project and we are praying for a great harvest of souls from this effort.

Our latest radio single, "Blessed Morning Coming" has moved up to the number 52 song in the nation on the Singing News chart. We are amazed at all the Lord is doing for us. Thanks to all of you who are requesting it and for all of our DJ friends for playing our music.

Our new project "Better Plan" is nearly complete. We are heading to Nashville on Monday for a photo shoot. Then graphics and duplication and we will be FINISHED! It has been a long process with several studios, and musicians involved. We can not wait for you to hear the finished product! Strong lyrics, amazing musicians, and the singing ain't bad either! Thanks to all of you who pre-ordered, you will be getting them as soon as we have them in our hands. 

We were so humbled and blessed to learn that our national radio single, "Blessed Morning Coming" came on the Singing News Top 80 at song number 76. Our first single, "Wonder Working Power" is still being played and is still on the chart at number 96. That's seven months on the chart. In our wildest dreams we would never have guessed that both of our first two radio singles would be in the Top 100 in the nation. Special thanks to Goldrush Music Group and Jeff O Neal.
